My Active Living journal is a simple record you keep of your physical activity. Your grade will be based on keeping track of your daily activities and making goals to be more active.

Active Living Record/Journal: You will keep track of your daily physical activities for the rest of the semester. You will submit a record to me once a week, on Fridays, outlining what you did all week and weekend for physical activity. Examples of physical activity: walking, running, biking, hiking, hunting (active exercise), rollerblading, dancing, playing active games with siblings, vacuuming the house, chopping/stacking wood, shovelling snow, physical work at your job if you have one, stretching, yoga, weights, exercise machines, etc. (I realize with the pandemic some activities are limited (or not allowed, like swimming at the pool).
Include: Date, name, how long you did your activity (duration), description of your activity, factors
